The offer and the sale of products on www.kristallboutique.com (in the following defined "web site") are regulated from these Terms of sale. The products bought on "web site" are sold directly from Kristall Boutique. Kristall Boutique is in via Cantatore no. 3 - 71016 San Severo (FG) - ITALY (headquarter not open to the people). Chambre of the Commerce of Foggia no. 250501, VAT no. IT 03481060717.

The business policy of Kristall Boutique
Kristall Boutique offers in sale on own "web site" products of the crystal, porcelain and chandeliers, with own activity of electronic commerce, exclusively in the comparisons of final Customers, "consumers". When we speak about "consumer", we refer to whichever physical person, not company or firm. In consideration, of the own business policy, Kristall Boutique reserves the right not to give followed to coming from orders from various subjects that do not re-enter in the category of consumer.
The present Terms of sale regulate exclusively the offer and the acceptance of orders of products of the Customers on "web site". The present Purchase Agreement do not regulate instead the supply of services or the purchase of products, between the various subjects that are present on "web site" through link, banner or other hypertestual connections, and the Customers of the "web site" of Kristall Boutique, among operations of electronic commerce.
How to sign a contract with Kristall Boutique
1) All prices of products on sale on “web site”, that are an offer for people, as indicated in the section 1336 of Italian Law, they are comprehensive of VAT 20% and all others taxes.
2) In order to sign a contract of purchase of one or more products on "web site", the Customer must compile the form of purchase in electronic format and to transmit it to Kristall Boutique, following the relative instructions.
3) In the elettronic form of purchase are contained the following information: the essential characteristics of every product, the relative price (in € or $, comprehensive of VAT 20%), the method of payment and the shipping costs.
4) The contract is concluded, only after that Kristall Boutique has verified the correctness of data of the form of purchase, that it receives in elettronic format from the Customer.
5) Before to send the order of purchase in electronic format, the Customer must read the Purchase Agreement ,carefully and to print a copy for personal use.
6) The order of purchase in electronic format will be recorded in the database of Kristall Boutique only for necessary time to the escape it and however in the terms of Italian law. The Customer, before to send the order of purchase, he must verify the correctness of data inserted and correct eventual mistakes.
7) Concluded the contract, Kristall Boutique will take in cargo order of purchase of the Customer.
8) The language to sign the contract with Kristall Boutique is English or Italian.
9) Kristall Boutique will be able not to give run orders, than do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or not corrected, or in case of not availability of the products. In these cases, Kristall Boutique will inform the own Customers, by mail, than the contract it is not concluded with the reasons.
In case after the last access of the Customer to "web site", the products are not available, Kristall Boutique will inform the Customer by e-mail, within thirty (30) days (to pass from the successive day to reception of the order ) and will reimburse the Customer of how much already anticipated.
10) Sending the order of purchase in electronic format, the Customer accepts unconditioned these Purchase Agreements and engages to observe in the relationships with Kristall Boutique.
If the Customer does not share some of the terms these Purchase Agreements, he is invited not to forward the order "web site".
Sending the order, the Customer confirms to know and to accept these Purchase Agreement and the terms contained in the sections "Privacy" and "Right of return".
11) After the reception of order of purchase in electronic format, Kristall Boutique will send to the Customer, an mail of confirmation of reception of the order.
The prices of the products
The prices of the products are comprehensive of the VAT 20% and others taxes and they could be updated. The Customer must verify the final price, before to place the order in electronic format.
Warrenty of the products
1) All the products sold on www.kristallboutique.com (in the following defined "web site") are covered from the conventional warrenty of the producer and from the guarantee of 24 months (to pass from the date of invoice) for the conformity defects, according to of the Decree Legislative n. 24 of 2 February 2002.
During the period of the warrenty, if during the period of the guarantee the products turned out defective, the Customer will have the faculty of withdrawing from the contract or demanding the substitution (if the product is available) sending an e-mail to the address: help@kristallboutique.com.
No ulterior guarantee will come granted in adding to that one as soon as delineated. In order to make use of the guarantee, the Customer will have to keep the invoice, that he will receive by e-mail in electronic format.
2) The products on sale on “web site”; are of first quality and they are imported directly from producers of the Czech Republic, selectioned from Kristall Boutique for elevates standard of quality.
3) Kristall Boutique doesn’t sells products used, irregular or of inferior quality.
4) The images and the colors of the products on sale on “web site” could not be correspondents to those real ones for effect of Internet browser or for monitor of your personal computer.
5) Conventional guarantee of the producer is supplied according to the illustrated documentation into the package of the product. If the defect, after an analysis of the Authorized Center of Warrenty, isn't covered by the warrenty of the producer, at the Customer will be debits the eventual costs of verification and restoration demanded from the Authorized Center of Warrenty and the shipping costs, if supported from Kristall Boutique.
6) The guarantee of 24 months according to of the Decree Legislative no. 24 of 2 February 2002 is applied to the product that present a conformity defect, provided that the same product is used correctly, in the respect of its destination of use and previewed how much in the attached technical documentation.
Such guarantee is classified to the private Consumer (physical person who buys the products not for own professional activity.
In case of conformity defect, Kristall Boutique supplies, without expenses for the Customer, to the restoration of the conformity of the product by means of repair/substitution or to the reduction of the price, until the resolution of the contract.
After an analysis of an Authorized Center of Warrenty, the defect did not have to according to turn out a defect of conformity of the Decree Legislative no. 24 of 2 February 2002, at the Customer will be debits the eventual costs of verification and restoration demanded from the uthorized Center of Warrenty and the shipping costs if supported from Kristall Boutique.
7) The times of substitution or eventual repair of the product depend exclusively on the political of the producer.
8) In the event in which, Kristall Boutique, for whichever reason, was not in a position to rendering to the Customer a product in guarantee (restored or replaced), it will be able to proceed to the restitution of the entire paid amount or to its substitution with a product of equal or advanced characteristics.
9) No damage can be demanded to Kristall Boutique for eventual delays in the time of repairs or substitutions.
10) In the cases in which the application of the guarantees previews the restitution of the product, the product will have to be given back from the Customer in the original package (comprised eventual documentation and accessory equipment: handbook, cables, etc…); in order to limit damagings to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to insert it in second a box; it goes avoided in all the cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the orignal package of the product.

Applicable law
The contracts stipulated on the present Purchase Agreement are disciplined from the Italian law (Decree Legislative no. 206 del 6 September 2005 - "Codice del consumo") are excluded every reference to the laws of other States. The Convention of the United Nations on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG – Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) it will not find some application.
Updates of Terms of sale
The terms of sale can be modified in consideration of eventual normative changes. In this case, new Terms of sale will be effective from the day of publication on “web site”.
