The products bought on "web site"  are sold directly from Kristall Boutique. Kristall Boutique is in via Cantatore no. 3 - 71016 San Severo (FG) - ITALY (headquarter not open to the people). The citizens of European Union can register on Kristall Boutique
Only the citizens of European Union (UE) can register on web site of Kristall Boutique and buy the products of the eshop by submitting orders online.

The trade policy of Kristall Boutique
Kristall Boutique offers for sale on "web site", products of crystal, porcelain and chandeliers conducting its business of electronic commerce only to end users, consumers. When we talk about consumers, we refer to any individual acting on "web site" for purposes not related to his trade, business or profession.
In view of its trade policy Kristall Boutique reserves the right not to accept orders from anyone other than the consumer (who does not fall into the category of consumer is asked to refrain from entering into business transactions on "web site") or otherwise orders that do not comply with its trade policy. These Terms of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, the delivery and acceptance of purchase orders for products between Users "web site" and Kristall Boutique.
The Terms of Sale do not regulate the supply instead of services or the sale of products by anyone other than Kristall Boutique, which are on the "site" via links, banners or other hypertext links.
Users with before, to place the order and purchase products and services from anyone other than Kristall Boutique, to check their terms of sale, as Kristall Boutique is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than Kristall Boutique or conclusion of transactions between Users of e-commerce "web site" and third parties.

How to sign a contract with Kristall Boutique
1) All prices of products on sale on “web site”, that are an offer for people, as indicated in the section 1336 of Italian Law, they are comprehensive of VAT 21% and all others taxes.
2) In order to sign a contract of purchase of one or more products on "web site", the Customer must fill the order form of purchase in electronic format and to transmit it to Kristall Boutique, following the relative instructions.
3) The order form to purchase contains the information about the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (expressed in EUR or GBP), method of payment that can be used to purchase each product and shipping costs.
4) The contract is concluded, only after that Kristall Boutique has verified the correctness of data of the form of purchase, that it receives in elettronic format from the Customer.
5) Before to send the order of purchase of products in electronic format, the Customer must read the the Terms of sale carefully on web site of Kristall Boutique and to print a copy for personal use.
6) The purchase order form will be filed in the database of Kristall Boutique for the period of time necessary to execute the order and at least in terms of law. You, before the submission of the form of purchase order, must determine whether there were errors in data entry, shall make the appropriate corrections.
7) Concluded the contract, Kristall Boutique will take in cargo order of purchase of the Customer.
8) The language to sign the contract with Kristall Boutique is English or Italian.
9) Kristall Boutique will be able not to give run orders, than do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or not corrected, or in case of not availability of the products. In these cases, Kristall Boutique will inform the own Customers, by mail, than the contract it is not concluded with the reasons. In case after the last access of the Customer to "web site", the products are not available, Kristall Boutique will inform the Customer by e-mail, within thirty (30) days (to pass from the successive day to reception of the order ) and will reimburse the Customer of how much already anticipated.
10) Sending the order form in electronic format, the Customer accepts unconditioned these Purchase Agreements and engages to observe in the relationships with Kristall Boutique. If the Customer does not share some of the terms these Term of sale, he is invited not to forward the order of Gift Vouchers on "web site". Sending the order, the Customer confirms to know and to accept these Terms of sale and the terms contained in the sections "Privacy" and "Right of return".
11) Concluded the contract, Kristall Boutique will send to You, via mail, a receipt of purchase order, containing a summary of information already contained in the order form to purchase.

The prices of Products
The prices of the products are comprehensive of the VAT 20% could be updated. The Customer must verify the final price, before to place the order in electronic format.

Warrenty of Products
1) All products sold on www.kristallboutique.com (defined "web Site"Legislative Decree n. 24 of 2 February 2002.
If the delivered products may prove defective and that period had not yet expired, the customer will have the right to terminate the contract, requiring the replacement (if the product is still available) with information to: customer.service@kristallboutique.com.
No warranty is further provided in addition to the one just outlined. To qualify for the guarantee, the Customer shall keep the invoice, you will receive by e-mail in electronic format.
2) On "web site" are offered for sale only the highest quality products, purchased directly from Kristall Boutique from manufacturers / dealers in the Czech Republic carefully selected according to high quality standards.
3) Kristall Boutique does not sell used products, irregular or inferior to the corresponding standards offered on the market.
4) The images and colors of products offered for sale on "web site" could not be correspondents than the real effect of the Internet browser and monitor.
5) The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in the manner outlined in the documentation inside the product box. If as a result of intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required from assistance authorized, and the costs of transport if supported by Kristall Boutique.
6) The warrenty of 24 months under the Legislative Decree n. 24 of 2 February 2002 applies to the product that is non-compliance, provided the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as required in the technical annex. This guarantee is for private consumption (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or the item was purchased without the order form to indicate a reference to VAT).
In case of lack of conformity, Kristall Boutique provides, without cost to the customer, the restoration of conformity by repair / replacement or reduction of the price, until the termination of the contract.
If as a result of intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity under the Legislative Decree n. 24 of 2 February 2002, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by ' Authorized Service and transportation costs if incurred by Kristall Boutique.
7) The timing of replacement or repair of any product depends solely on the policies of the manufacturer.
8) Where, Kristall Boutique, for whatever reason, is unable to make your customer a product warranty (restored or replaced), may proceed at their own discretion to refund the entire amount paid, or its replacement by a product of equal or superior characteristics.
9) No damage can be obtained from Kristall Boutique for any delays in repairs or replacements.
10) Where the application of safeguards providing for the return of the product, the product must be returned by Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.. ..), to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put it into a second box, must be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product.

Right of return
Purchases on "web site" are subject to the discipline of D. Decree Law of 22 May 1999 n. 185 "Implementation of Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts" where the delivery of goods to occur at the residence of the purchaser, as such purchases are processing outside the business premises. Applicable law
The contracts stipulated on the present Purchase Agreement are disciplined from the Italian law (Decree Legislative no. 206 del 6 September 2005 - "Codice del consumo") are excluded every reference to the laws of other States. The Convention of the United Nations on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG – Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) it will not find some application.

Updates of Terms of sale
The terms of sale can be modified in consideration of eventual normative changes. In this case, new Terms of sale will be effective from the day of publication on “web site”.
