1) How does the billing?
The commercial invoice is issued together with the shipment of the products purchased and sent by e-mail (in pdf format) to the e-mail address specified by the customer when registering on the site KristallBoutique.com
2) What is included in the sale price of the product?
The price of each product on e-Shop of Kristall Boutique is exposed (VAT 20%, included), in EURO currency, but the Customer is able to see the price in other two currencies: U.S. Dollar or Pound English. The price don't included the shipping costs, that are calculated for entire order and they depend on from the total weight of the products in the shopping cart (given from the sum of the weight of the single products) and from the Geographic area of destination.
3) Can I receive an invoice of the products purchased?
Yes, every sale is invoiced. The invoice is generated after the fulfillment of the order, in digital format pdf and sent to your address e-mail, that you have inserted in the form of registration on KristallBoutique.com .
