The Customer (buyer) has the right to cancel the contract within a period of 10 business days from receipt of the goods, he must follow the following steps:

1) immediately fill the  Form of return online;

2) confirm the decision of return goods, by letter with reception warning, fill the   Paper form of return   to send to the following address:

3) insert the product with its original package, in a special packaging, in order to safeguard the original casings of products from any damage, written or alteration;

4) return the products with the courier that you want and you send us by e-mail the  tracking number to the following address: return@kristallboutique.com  to do the tracking online;

5) the address of return shipment is:

6) Kristall Boutique reserves the right to refuse the products received, in the event of non-compliance with the procedure described above, and/or if our Customer Service verify the lack of any accessory and/or tampering of any part or product malfunction occur caused by the Customer, Kristall Boutique will apply a trade penalty equal to 80% of the value of the product.
