The products purchased on www.kristallboutique.com will be sent to the address indicated from the Customer, after the confirmation of the payment of the order.

In the following, for every method of payment present on www.kristallboutique.com they are indicated the necessary time for the reception of the notification of payment:
- Wire transfer: 36/48 hours to verify the receipt of payment on bank account of Kristall Boutique;
- Credit card (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron by PayPal platform): real-time visibility of the receipt of payment by the backoffice of PayPal;
- PayPal: real-time visibility of the receipt of payment by the backoffice of PayPal.

To the time of reception of the notification of payment, they must be added the necessary days for the delivery (table “Times of delivery”), from 4 to 10 days, based on the Geographic area of destination.


Modality of delivery
For every purchase order on www.kristallboutique.com, Kristall Boutique sendes invoice in electronic format to Customer, by e-mail at the address e-mail indicated in the order form.
All data necessary for the emission of the invoice are supplied from the Customer during the operations of purchase order. No variation in invoice will be possible, after the emission of it.
The shipping costs are to cargo of the Customer and they are evidenced in the purchase order.
The products are packed in boxes of cardboard opportunely sealed. No responsibility can be chargeed to Kristall Boutique in case of delay in the escape of the order or the delivery of the products purchased.
At the moment of the delivery of the products from the courier, the Customer must verify that:
- the number of the boxes is the same indicated in invoice;
- the boxes are not damaged, neither bathed or, however altered. Eventual damages of the boxes or the lacked correspondence from the number of the boxes must immediately be contested to the courier. In this case you must write on the letter of the courier “withdrawn goods with reservation” confirmed, within 8 days letter to the courier and e-mail to Customer Service of Kristall Boutique at the following address: help@kristallboutique.com.
For every declaration, the Customer assumes the full responsibility of how much declaring.


Our couriers
Kristall Boutique for the shipment of the products to its Customers, uses Italian or Czech courriers, to second of the availability of the product purchased near the warehouses dislocated in Italy or Czech Republic.
