After LogIn Restrected Area Customers , you can check the status of your order by clicking on "Orders history".

It means that the order is payed and processed.

 3) When can modify or cancel the order?
You can change or cancel, until the order is in the state "PENDING". To check the status of your order you must logIn Restrected Area Customers and click on "Orders history". After, you must send an e-mail to Customer Service help@kristallboutique.com specifying the No. order that you want to modify or cancel and the reasons.

4) Is it possible to cancel an order not yet confirmed?
Yes. If you have NOT completed the purchase process, with confirmation of the order, the order is not registered.
